The Rock NYC (Rockefeller Center) Print

LIMITED EDITION PRINT (200) The famous New York landmark, Rockefeller Center is captured in deco style c. 1930s. This graphic reproduction is mastered from a linen printed postcard illustration. The texture of original offset lithography on linen finish card stock is captured on vellum finish print paper (see detail). The original illustration was a tourist piece appearing in Manhattan shops and drugstores. Re-mastered by Posterette, a leading art reproduction house, "THE ROCK NYC" poster is both vintage and timely. The design embodies the illustration style of the Interborough News Co. as printed via the C.T. Art-Colortone process used by the Chicago printer, Curteich. Posterette has taken great care to integrate authentic typography and design elements to create this series of New York Skyline posters (Posterettes).
