Jungle Party Unisex Camo Jacket

I had just returned from a great vacation, I was feeling free and colourful and this pre-owned jacket and the pants are the result of that! I mixed reclaimed toucans cut from a dress and deep green jungle foliage cut from a skirt, and then added some white flowers cut from a pant to keep the look crip and fresh. The stripes add balance and the bright turquoise embroidery thread adds to the beauty of the piece.  It was hand-embroidered by Paula Andrea Jaramillo during 36 hours of craftwomanship in Medellin, Colombia. All of my pieces are one-of-a-kind, designed by repurposing materials and supporting craftwomanship.
