Street Wise Military Unisex Jacket

Believe it or not, I found this vintage jacket in almost perfect condition on a street, hanging from an incredible vintage hanger, (I don't know why I did not take all the hangers as well!!!!!). Of course it was dry cleaned! It was so crisp and the color so deep, I new I wanted to design it with motifs that would just blend in and decided on the bright orange embroidery thread to give it light! A friend had given me a box full of samples of fabrics that her daughter had during her interior design studies, and there is where I found those antique like motifs.  It was hand-embroidered by Paula Rivera during 26 hours of craftwomanship in Medellin, Colombia.
