Handmade in Conway SC by the Conway Architectural Salvage & Heritage Project. Made with Longleaf Heart Pine wood from a tobacco barn built in 1940 on the Barney Johnston family farm in Conway. Native to the South, Longleaf was highly sought after because of its strength, beauty, and natural resistance to decay. It became nearly extinct by the 1930's due to the significant growth of the lumber industry.
