A hybrid between apricot and plum, plumcots are sweet with a hint of tartness and floral undertones. The chamomile pairs nicely with the floral sweetness, adding subtle undertones of grass. She uses local, seasonal ingredients to create her unique and addictive jams. Once opened, these are gone almost immediately. I enjoy them on toast, but I love adding these to yogurt or oatmeal with honey, olive oil, and salt.
