Golden Galaxy

Poecilia Reticulata -golden galaxy  If you have been mesmerized by pictures taken by the Hubble Space Telescope, then this is the fish for you! Males mature to 2 inches and exhibit a marvelous galaxy pattern along their body. We have been working on this line in house for over 2 years now. Having taken our higher popular Midnight Blue Galaxy and given them a splash of Gold and green iridescent over their dark blue. Once adults, their tails fill out to a half moon spread and range from a marvelous deep blue through streaks of shimmering Gold.    Females mature to 2.5 inches by 6-8 months. They have a pale gray, moon-colored body with a striking deep blue tail and a late developing translucent light blue dorsal fins with faint patterns. Graceful and peaceful, these fish are perfect for your aquascape.
