X. Helleri, Neon Swordtail

Xiphophorus Helleri,       These members of the ever popular Helleri swords display their gorgeous shades of orange and yellow over a pearl body coloring. Along with their striking  names sake neon lateral line, they have a strong reddish back saddle. Ours show a strong contrast in color lines and all their fins making a beautiful statement. We are selective breeding for the dark black sword outline on our males along with excellent body size. Nicely sized and always active these fish will make a great accent color in your aquascape.   These are strong healthy fish that will work well in a community tank.  Keep them with other like sized fish. They won't be overly aggressive but also they won't be bullied around by tank mates.  We have been raising these gorgeous swords for multiple generations and that sharp orange flash and extra dark black sword lines never fails to catch our attention!
