House Blend

Tastes Like:  Chocolate, Dried Fig, Plum, and a very juicy Black Currant Components:  100% from the group Palmas Del Paramo located in the Cajamarca region of Peru Our house blend is our workhorse coffee. Great as your everyday brew at home and also what we use for our in-house espresso. We know that most coffee shops are judged most harshly on the quality of their espresso. We don’t shy away from this. We roast it a little bit more than the rest of our coffees but always focus on a sweet, clean, and balanced flavor profile. This coffee tastes great with milk and sings on its own.    Region: Peru, Cajamarca Process: Washed Variety: Caturra, Pache, Catimor, Bourbon, Typica, Catuai Altitude: 1700-2000
