Genuine United States Military Surplus Issued to USMC Personnel serving in the Pacific theater during WWII Designed by civillian horticulturalist Norvell Gillespie Reversible, double sided and water resistant  This pattern, often called ‘Frogskin’ has inspired numerous variants and camo patterns since its introduction in 1942. Own a piece of camouflage history! Condition is very good, these appear unissued. However, they have been in storage for 80+ years, so they may appear dirty. They were stored with talcum powder to protect against moisture, it is recommended to rinse them with a hose first, before soaking in hot water and some detergent to restore their flexibility as storage has left them stiff.
