The film is directed by Chen Chi Hwa (Snake and Crane Arts of Shaolin) and produced by Lo Wei (who helmed Bruce Lee's first two films). As a young boy, Chan witnesses the slaying of his father at the hands of deadly masked kung fu assassin.
