Wedgwood "Lavender on Cream" Shell Edge Dinner Plates (Set of 5)

Item: Set of (5) Dinner Plates Make: Wedgwood (England) Pattern: Lavender on Cream Color (Shell Edge) Age: ca. 1950 Construction: Porcelain Dimensions: 3 plates measure approximately 10 1/4” diameter, 2 plates measure approximately 10” diameter Condition: Very good. No chips or cracks. One has noticeable crazing throughout and one has three unglazed spots on the back present since manufacturing (not damage). Please note that not all plates in this set were manufactured at the same time, leading to slight variations in size, color, depth, and makers marks. Please see photos! Details: One of the most popular and recognizable Wedgwood patterns, each cream porcelain plate is bordered with a raised grape and vine motif in Wedgwood blue or, “lavender”. All of the plates are stamped with the Wedgwood makers mark on the back.
