The Mosquito Supper Club cookbook is a stunner, I read it like a novel & it brought me a few tears. It's so beautifully written by my friend Melissa Martin & with equally beautiful photographs by Denny Culbert, it's one of my all-time favorites. Makes a lovely gift for anyone or for yourself. Melissa is from Chauvin, a small community in South Lousiana whose land is vanishing and losing ground to water.
