This is a dream within a dream. pistachios are all the rage. cashews aren’t even a real nut. Oats are gluten-free. Dubai doesn’t have the best chocolate, sorry, New York City does.  The best vegan chocolate in New York is on the Upper East Side. We do not use refined sugar.     Fun Factoids: Dubai chocolate was born in 2021 out of a pregnancy craving by Sarah Hamouda of Fix Dessert Chocolatier. She whipped up a bar that smashed milk chocolate together with pistachio-tahini and crunchy kataifi (that shredded phyllo you’ve seen on fancy desserts), basically turning knafeh into candy. The outcome? Sweet, sticky, creamy, and crunchy enough to break the internet. Meanwhile, voüix du velvet, our invention by Peter Kay, probably won’t reach Dubai Chocolate status. Why?
