Very large dark green leaves, about 6"-7" long with an amazingly fresh rootbeer taste! This includes hints of anise, mint, cloves and black pepper. Rootbeer Leaf can be used as a dramatic bed for meats, for steaming with fish or shrimp, wrapping chicken or cheese, or braised with vegetables. In season year-round (January–December). Please note: Our products are seasonal, which means colors and size may vary during the year.
