This flexible filter-based plate reader is modular to offers you a high level of customization, by adding additional filters or modules. The filter slide features an excitation side and an emission side, each with 4 positions. Users can easily access filters, swapping them in and out of the filter slide to suit their needs. This microplate reader has a wavelength range of 230-850nm (filter dependent) and is set up with Top Read Fluorescence Intensity Filter module installed. Additionally, this Tecan plate reader has an Enhanced PMT for red sensitivity and uses a flash Xenon lamp. The modular design of this microplate reader allows users to customize their machines to suit their needs, while the robust Gen 5 software helps analyze data collected, create standardization curves, and print out findings.
