Coignet Compact Lime Board

We're taking a bit of a hiatus from these boards for a little while - it's been a good run for the last five years, but we need a break. Read all about it here. Sometimes all you need to do is cut a lime.  And we all need limes.  Occasionally a tomato.  Other times garlic (and don't want the garlic making its presence known elsewhere on a bigger board). Endless uses for this one, really. Quite handy. Featured in Imbibe, March/April 2012 (click for .pdf) 4" x 5 3/4", about 7/8" thick, made by hand from maple & walnut. Keep it in a drawer or hang it up. Also available in a larger 5" x 8" size, with an goove and well to catch the juice. Sometimes you need to cut a lot of limes... Small. Study. Useful. Built to last.
