This dish is in vintage condition. It is the delft pattern which is made in Holland and is hand painted! It has a primitive look that would be beautiful to display! The cow on top did have horns but those are broken off and there are chips around the base. It is a beautiful piece with lots of character! dimensions: 4 1/2" tall from the cow to the bottom, 5 1/2" wide
