Hot Appetizer Tray

Catering for a crowd? Attending a pot-luck? Not a problem, 'cos we've got the goods! Our hot trays are crab-tastic: bacon-wrapped scallops, mini-crab-cakes, aka our award-winning 'crab balls' - the perfect snack for any shindig! Trays can be prepared fully assembled and ready to go, or heated and wrapped with a tray on the side to be put together when you are ready to put your tray together.  1 lb of Bacon Wrapped Scallops is approximately 12 scallops but can vary based on weight. 1 lb of Crab Balls is about 16 pieces.
