Produced in Trinidad & Tobago, this small-batch bitters use Trinitario cocoa nibs blended with aromatic botanicals and gentian root. It pours as a deep tawny amber and opens with pronounced floral cocoa, nutty caramel, ginger cake, and spiced clove notes. On the palate, expect rich dark chocolate, cinnamon, and baking-spice warmth, finishing with bittersweet gentian that leaves a lingering cocoa nib aftertaste. Excellent with whiskey, rum, espresso martinis, or to add cocoa depth to cocktails.
