This is our favorite gin. It's a locally-made, unfiltered botanical-forward gin, infused with 18 botanicals, including juniper, grapefruit, mint, angelica, and lavender. Its pearlescent appearance emerges when chilled or mixed. The nose shows citrus peel, herbs, and subtle floral notes; the round, slightly dry palate offers grapefruit, cucumber, chamomile, mint, and a hint of olive. Silky and versatile, it’s ideal in spirit-forward cocktails—think Negroni or martini.
