Suntory Roku Gin

Crafted by Suntory in Japan, Roku Gin harmonizes eight traditional gin botanicals with six seasonal Japanese ingredients—sakura leaf and flower, sanshō pepper, sencha and gyokuro teas, and yuzu peel—each distilled separately to capture nuanced flavors. It offers an elegant nose of cherry blossom and green tea, followed by yuzu citrus and a hint of sanshō spice. The palate is smooth and velvety—tealike umami gives way to peppery warmth and gentle juniper, finishing long, aromatic, and distinctly Japanese.
