Finished Board Specs 5'6" x 20" x 2-3/4" 5'8" x 20-1/4" x 2-3/4" 6'2" x 21.5" x 3" Grain Surfboards is honored to have partnered with Channel Islands Surfboards and Legendary shaper Al Merrick to offer the board Rob Machado made famous: the Biscuit.  Short and full-volume all the way to the rails with a subtle single-to-double concave, Al successfully designed this board to catch waves like boards a foot longer. Even though the wood Biscuit is a meticulous copy of Al’s shape, surfing one is a different experience than you get on the Channel Islands originals. Expect a noticeable difference in weight that makes the wood Biscuit a smooth-riding, honey-colored chop-killer.
