VINEYARD: The vines cover an area of 3.35 hectares on a slope 100-150m above the Pommard valley, with a south, southeast exposure. VINE AGE: 8 years on average SOIL: Reddish, stony marl FARMING: Minimal intervention VINIFICATION: Grapes are harvested by hand and are 100% destemmed. The grapes spend 15 days in open tanks with temperature control and occasional punching down. Aged for 10 months. 60% in oak vats and 40% in the tank.
