Elijah Craig Barrel Proof has earned its place as a consistently high-quality barrel-proof bourbon. At 12 years old it dabbles in aged oak notes but maintains a well-rounded flavor profile with each batch. A121, which means the first batch of the year released in January 2021, is on par with previous releases (which is a good thing).
