Olek Bondonio Barbera d'Asti

This is the very first release of a Barbera that Olek produced with some of his own grapes, and some grapes of friends with vineyards nearby. It is a low intervention wine that is intended for easy drinking, fermented and aged for only a short period in stainless steel. Hallmark Bondonio, but lighter and highly quaffable, and to support this view, Olek chose to bottle this wine is 1 litre format only.
