Volans Single Barrel Ultra Premium Reposado Tequila

Barrel J-25 This single barrel comes from one of Felipe’s personal American oak barrels, a used Tennessee whiskey barrel with a char #3. It was rested for 3 months in his underground cellar. The conditions in the cellar, with high humidity and stable temperatures, allow the tequila to pick up complexity from the wood without losing its agave character. You get a beautiful balance: the influence of the barrel is there, but the tequila still shines. Bottled at 44% ABV, it’s just shy of cask strength and full of depth.
