Castelli del Grevepesa 2014 Castelgreve Chianti Classico Bottled in traditional fiasco, the straw wrapped round bottle. 95% Sangiovese, 5% Merlot Hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel on skins for 10 days. Aged in large oak botti for 12 months. Ruby red with black cherry, violets and baking spice on the nose. Dark red and black fruits, medium in body with smooth tannins Delicious paired with grilled red meats, game and ripe cheeses.
