Wineis aged in Siavonian Oak barrels for at least 8 months, followed by further three months (minimum) for fining. Colour Intense red with malberry hues. Bouquet Wide and persistent, it is reminiscent of red berries but also leaves pleasant hints of vanilla andliquorice. The concurrent herbaceous notes are typical of the vine variety. Taste Velvety and smooth, harmonious and tasty, showing the vanilla-flavoured sweetness coming from oak and some definite suggestions of jam and spices. Accompaniment Ideal for game and ripe chee
