Aged for 26 months in large Slavonian oak casks.Tasting Notes: Spices and dried flowers on the nose; smooth with sweet tannins. Good structure.Food Pairing: Game, braised veal, stewed meat, grilled fillet and meat, mature cheeses.Suggested Serving temperature: 62°-64° F.
