Antigal Red Blend Uno

The wine shows a ruby red and violet color of medium intensity. The nose is very fresh and fruit-driven with notes of black and red fruits such as plum. Notes of mint, camphor, white pepper, graphite, and vanilla are all evident. Tannins are silky, almost velvety, and well rounded; the balance is very good and there is a touch of wood from oak-aging on the finish. To pair this UNO Red Blend, we recommend red meats, house meats, and stuffed pasta dishes.
