U.S. Military OD Green First Aid IFAK ALICE Pouch NEW Essentially the son of the OG Canvas WW2 jungle first aid pouch. This style was part of the M67 gear update during the Vietnam war and stuck around until the early 2000s. This pouch is constructed of OD green nylon with 2 ALICE keepers on the rear. The center of the rear ALICE attachment uses hook and loop to be strapped to other pieces.  Pouch has 1 main large pocket with dual lift-the-dot closer. Can be used as IFAK or General Purpose pouch.
