Ford Explorer - Mountaineer - SUV 8.8 Rear End Differential Master Overhaul kit

This rebuild kit is for the SUV 8.8, commonly found in the 2007-2010 Ford Explorer and Mercury Mountaineer. This case can easily be distinguished from the Mustang Cobra diff by its much larger front mounting ears with integrated rubber bushings. This is a full set up kit for the 8.8 IRS. It includes: Carrier bearings Pinion Bearings Pinion Nut Pinion Seal Crush Sleeve or Preload Shims Pinion Shims Loctite Marking Compound Adjustable Differential Shims Oil Slinger Ring Gear Bolts Axle Seals Axle Stub Bearings This kit will NOT fit solid axle 8.8 rears.
