Il Poggio Colli Tortonesi Timorasso, 750ml

This wine is made from 100% timorasso grapes sourced from a 2 hectare plot of 20-year-old vines, grown at elevations of 500-750 meters in Val Borbera and exposed to the south and southeast. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented and aged in stainless steel. The first vintage of this wine was in 2018, with a limited production of only 83 cases. The producer, Francesca, aims to increase production of this timorasso in the future.
