La Partió Caranyena, 750ml

  100% Organic Carinyena sourced from the 1ha family plot owned by Gemma Miró in Southern Priorato. The vineyard, named after its location between Falset, Marçà, and Bellmunt del Priorat, is known as 'linde' but referred to as 'la partió' by Gemma's grandfather. The harvest takes place in early September and the wine is made in the traditional method by her grandpa, using semi-carbonic fermentation with whole clusters. After a week of maceration with the skins, the wine is aged in stainless steel for seven months. It is unfined, unfiltered, and has no added SO2. This Carinyena is characterized by its elegance and aromatic qualities, while still highlighting the unique sandy and slate soils of the gentle southern region of Priorat.
