***these will be double sealed for summer shipment ***This is our grass fed and finished beef tallow, dry rendered. They are weighed at exactly 2 pounds or 32 ounces. We source our tallow from a local private cattle ranch here in southern Arizona from cows that are raised on large pasture acreage. They are completely grass fed until processed. We are proud of the way these cows are raised and personally know the ranchers & are grateful for the gift they give us not only with food but with their nourishing fat. We render our tallow gently on lower heat and it undergoes several strains to completely remove any sediment. This is dry rendered so it will have a faint scent of beef. It is very mild due to our thorough cleaning of the fat before rendering.  We only use kidney fat. Directions for use:These are in vacuum sealed freezer bags. They are kept frozen until shipped.
