The Council Chamber is a tall, multi-story building entwined with wood and stone crafted by the elves. Seated deep within the Kingdom of Noldareth, this building acts as the meeting point for different gatherings or fellowships as the plan out their journeys into the eastern lands.The Kingdom of Noldareth is an ancient, beautiful land of magic and wisdom, one of the oldest remaining elven kingdoms. The kingdom of Noldareth is tucked away deep into the forest; tall towers and pristine craftsmanship define these halls and buildings.
