Denver Steak

These extremely tender dry-aged steaks have beautiful marbling and wonderful grass-finished beef flavor. They are climbing our list of favorite steaks. We love the Denver when seared quickly over high heat on the grill and finished to your preferred doneness. We love ours pre-seasoned with a liberal amount of Redmond coarse sea salt and garlic, cooked to medium rare.  If you've never had a Denver Steak before, get ready to fall in love with a new cut of beef.  If Filet Mignon and Ribeye had a baby, it would be a Denver. And they might name it John. Who knows. Regardless, you won't regret committing to a Denver Steak (unless you aren't in the mood for a new obsession).
