Porterhouse Steak

These are thick cut (1.5") behemoths that will satisfy the most ardent carnivore! Did you know the Porterhouse (aka "The King" of steaks) is two steaks in one? The larger half is a New York Strip Steak, and the smaller side is a Tenderloin Steak (Filet Mignon). Because they're so large, you'll get a double dose of 2 1/2+ years of grass-finished marbling and tons of 14-day dry-aged flavor. Enjoy!
