GARMENT COPYING WORKSHOP THURSDAY MAY 30th 6-9 LEVEL: All levelsCLASS SIZE: 8 maximumCOST: $110 for 3 hours course LOCATION: gr.dano Studio - 325 Pine Street, Sausalito   Do you have a favorite garment you’d love to recreate? This course will teach you how to copy your clothes without taking them apart and make a pattern. You will leave the class with a pattern ready to be made up as many times as you like and in all kinds of fabulous fabrics! Alteration techniques to make the new garment fit better will also be covered, as well as minor alterations you can make to change its look.  During this workshop you will learn: Copying the shape of your garment Transferring seam lines, darts, gathers, tucks and any other design details Adding seam allowances Adding markings such as notches and balance marks Reproducing pockets and any other design details FABRIC AND SUPPLIES: Bring 2 or 3 simple garments to choose from to copy.
