This commercial deli, meat, cheese, and bread slicer is powered by a belt-driven electric motor with 120VAC, 150 Watt current (200 Watt Max), 60Hz, and features a 7.5" stainless steel blade. Built with premium coated steel, die-cast aluminum, safe-grade food plastic, and a stainless steel carriage surface to prevent rust. Includes a 7.5" bread and universal serrated blade for tough meats. Versatile slicing capabilities for salamis, meats, cheeses, loaves of bread, and firm vegetables. Adjustable thickness control knob allows slicing from deli thin to 5/8" carving board style thick. Easy to clean with removable food pusher/deflector, thickness guide plate, and stainless steel food carriage. Note: not dishwasher safe, and never slice frozen items. Enhanced safety with food pusher teeth for better control and non-slip suction cup feet for sturdiness. Always use eye/hand protection and hair nets during operation.
