Mini Crayon Box Jacket by Chris Bylsma Designs

This is the child-size version of Chris Bylsma's popular Crayon Box Jacket.  It's a short boxy, Chanel-style jacket that is knit one square at a time - but without seams - in a one-of-a-kind blend of colors and fibers.  You'll choose your own unique combination of yarns to create this sweater. The secret to success is to start with good "base" wools or ribbons with a lot of recovery, then alternate with novelty and fun stuff, making sure you have at least a few rows of a good base yarn in each square, to provide structure for the jacket.   This is a printed pattern that will be mailed to you.
