"VERDUN - Road to YMCA Canteen" WWI Poster T-shirt

"VERDUN" reads this propaganda poster from the YMCA that was created during World War 1. The subheading reads "Road to YMCA canteen". This image was actually sketched on location by a YMCA secretary. Posters like this were widely distributed during the great war. The artwork depicts a solider on horseback and a motorcycle with side car entering/exiting a canteen beneath an arch way, the street lined with debris. The original artwork was done by artist A.K.S. The poster was originally published in 1917. A great gift for any war history aficionado!
