Cocktail Syrup ~ Smoked Old Fashioned

A modern take on the classic drink. The caramel notes of organic demerara sugar, citrus tang of fresh orange peel, and tart sweetness of organic cherries combine in mountain spring water, enlivened by a nutty and complex blend of cinnamon, clove, cardamom, and bitter herbs. Well-balanced, roundly smooth, and layered, this blend is good enough to drink on its own over ice.  This concentrated Old Fashioned Syrup is good for 32 servings! Add 1/4 oz of syrup to 2oz of whiskey, pour over ice, orange peel garnish. Classic Old Fashioned Ingredients: Filtered Rocky Monutain water, demeara sugar, cherry juice concentrate, extracts (gentian, cardamom, clove, cinnmon, pimento berry, orange) citric acid.
