The commonly seen 2-man empty hand set which is utilized in several of the major southern systems. Each side represents a solo form in and of itself and can be practiced that way until mastered. Although relatively easy as contrasted with some of Green Dragon's advanced 2-man sets, the ''Youth Fist'' has had wide acceptance in the Orient for many years indicating its value.
