Tams: Goun Lick Kuen from Southern Tams (Power/Strength Development)

This first one in the series of ''hard style'' Tams forms is the Southern counterpart to the Northern Kung Li Ch'uan. Unlike the so called ''springy-leg'' version, both this and the Din Dah Kuen and the Tom Toi are designed expressly for building RAW POWER in all types of movement! Tams practitioners are famous for their strength, most of which is derived from constant practice on these three forms. Like the three Long Fist (Chang Ch'uan) sets, these three actually represent an entire fighting system in and of themselves!
