Sweetheart Hoya

The Sweetheart Hoya (Hoya Kerrii), with its thick succulent heart shaped leaves, is also known as a Valentine Hoya, Heart-Shaped Hoya, Wax Heart Plant, or Lucky Hearts Plant. This slow to moderate growing vine is ideal as a hanging plant or on a table top.  The Sweetheart Hoya will bloom with encouragement and produce fragrant flower clusters that are white with red centers. Be sure to plant your Sweetheart Hoya in a well draining pot with a soil that is pourous and quick to dry. While not a succulent, its heart-shaped leaves act as water resevoirs and retain water so don't overwater your plant.
