Cassava (Yuca) Pancake and Waffle mix is made by cooking, drying and grinding cassava root to a fine powder, to which additional ingredients are added, Ingredients such as wheat flour, milk solids and sugar.  It differs from Tapioca Flour in that Tapioca flour is made from the starch of the cassava plant where the Cassava flour is the ground root. Ingredients:  Cassava Flour, Wheat flour, milk solids, sugar, baking powder (Aluminium Free), salt calcium propionate. How to use: Heat a non-stick frying pan or skillet that has been slightly greased over medium heat. To 1 – cup of cassava pancake mix, add 2/3 cup water, or milk of choice, 1 tbsp oil coconut oil, 1 egg or egg replacer. Mix batter until relatively smooth mixture is obtained. Pour slightly, about 1/3 cup batter or spoon batter into frying pan or skillet. Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown.
