Oeko-Tex certified cotton.  What is the difference between a doubler and and insert? The width, length and layering are a little different but they very similar.   You can use these as doublers, but as they are designed to fill the width and length of a pocket diaper you might find they are a little on the wide and long side if using in a fitted diaper.  Inserts are a little bit wider than doublers as the width is needed to fill up the space in the pocket. These are 6 ply. Our cotton doublers are 8-ply. Use an insert to layer into a pocket diaper to replace microfib
