Organic Mugwort

Organic Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) Plant family: Asteraceae Taste: A unique bitter but sometimes sweet taste. Most prefer to mix this herb with any herb from the mint family or floral herbs like lavender, rose petals and chamomile. Mostly described as pleasant and slightly sweet  when smoked Can be prepared in teas, tinctures, salves and infusions. Typically consumed with hot/cold infusions or teas. Research has shown mugwort is likely unsafe to consume when pregnant. Mugwort can cause uterine contractions and induce menstruation.
