This blend of Riesling, Sylvaner, and Scheurebe, wiith pehaps a little razzle dazzle of Traminer, is off-dry — which means is rocks as well with Korean Fried Chicken as delicate cheesecake, with notes of tropical fruit, such as mango, passionfruit, Makrut lime, and honeyed pear flecked with sea salt, balanced by laser sharp freshess and focus. This can age for up to 15 years, provided you can resist the deliciousness.
